I like to think I've come so far from high school..I mean, 5 years is a long time. But the second I come in contact with a past classmate or group of them I freeze up and become the shy, insecure little girl I was then. It's just WRONG! Anyone else feel that way?

JOB INTEVIEW ALERT! I am interviewing at Anoka Hennepin School District on Tuesday. If you're a praying person...GO AT IT! I need all the reinforcement I can get! The opening is for a teacher to develop and teach a new reading curriculum at the alternative school. I'm up for a challenge! Bring it on! Along with the celery...OOPS...salary! (reading teacher, my fewt!) ;-)

I'm blogging to you from my first substitute teaching job! YAY! I have 6th graders today and they are SO fun! I even have one of the little girls I used to babysit in this class...poor girl!heehee. Anyway, although life may suck right now this has cheered me up temporarily. I can legally be in a classroom with students ALONE now! Scary thought, huh!? (she laughs the evil laugh)

Ok, for those of you who care...or just got caught reading this...the job hunt is on. And I'm crabby. I got a very part time job today at another group home in Coon Rapids (every other weekend) so I've decided to work the angles. Since my parents want me to stay here at home, I think I'll convince them to let me have a puppy and I'll still work those weekends in the cities. Then I WIN and I WIN! Maybe. We'll see. I'll keep you posted...if you want!;-)

Although that sounds exciting, I'll also have you know that I'm approximately $35,000 in debt from trying to get to this point in my life that I'm not sure I want to be...HMMMM. How does that work? (I spent the day figuring out my loans and interest...and my depressed self decided it would make the situation better if I shared it on the INTERNET! What do ya know..it HELPED!:-))

Thank you to all who made my graduation AND birthday weekend WONDERFULLY FUN! I didn't realize how many friends I had until we all went out on Monday night. I feel so blessed to seriously have the most caring group of friends who, I feel, would do anything for me. Thank you also to those who sent cards (and CANDY!!). I love you all and already miss you!

I be done and gradiated! I am so relieved and happy. Jackie, some friends of hers, and I went out last nite and tore up St. Cloud. It was SUPER fun...but I lost my voice:-( If you know me, you know that is the ultimate torture.heehee. But we ordered Gary's Pizza and when it came the girls decided they weren't hungry anymore so we just sat quietly and didn't answer the door. Isn't that MEAN? Well, we saved $14 and about 1,400 grams of fat.

Ok, so I've lost 10 LBS!!! I'm SO excited but then I realize that I wrote "I skydive at 10"...and that's not happening. I guess I didn't think I'd make it but I'm SO SO happy that I did. Those 10 had no business being there in the first place!
My mom is coming today to help me pack. I love her. She's nice, just like me!!:-)
