This whole week was the perfect Birthday week. Thank you to everyone who helped me celebrate! Wednesday Jason and I went to "The Matrix, Reloaded", Thursday was karaoke, Friday was a party, Saturday was babysitting and Scotty's. Today I worked out and now I'm packing up for the move to Carolyne and Rob's as well as for my trip home to MN which is a week from tomorrow. Jackie's coming Saturday already!!! WEEEEE.
Oh, and this is Jason's birthday week now! Sheesh. Sleep is for the old and dead I guess;-)

I have to tell about going to meet Aden. He is absolutely adorable! Looks exactly like Brooke and Jacob. J brought his security rabbit with to the hopital along with the mini one and gave Aden the mini one. I just happened to get it on video. Most precious moment. Brooke is doing great and the rest of the fam is as happy as a lark. I'll keep you posted on the homecoming, etc.

Well, it's 12:53 AM. Officially not my birthday anymore. Now I'm just an old maid...but I must say it's all good cuz I had the best birthday I can remember. Tonight, Jason took me to Serendipity 3. We had Frrrozen Hot Chocolates with dinner. It was amazing. Wonderful food and he made it even more special with the gifts he gave. I got this while we were sitting at the restaurant (Movie Reference ) as well as a John Mayer DVD. Afterward, we walked around Times Square for a while. Couldn't have written a better birthday story for myself. Thank you to everyone who wrote and called and celebrated with me in person. I love you all.

I'm having an awesome day. First thing this morning Jacob came up to sing to me. Then dad called and cindy and her kids made me a cake. Then carolyne gave me these extravagent gifts and then Brooke and her mom bought me an ice cream cake and a bracelet/earring set that is just awesome. I'm meeting my girls for lunch at Panera in a bit and Kacey made...you guessed it...a cake:-)hehehe. Jason called to wish me happy birthday..and I guess he's taking me into the city tonite. Best day ever. Oh, and my parents got me the kewlest gift as well...but I can't tell what it is for a few days.:-)

Oh, one more thing. When we were in the city last night this guy came into the diner we were at and was selling roses. Because he's the cutest, Jason bought me 2. The next place we went to, I left them lying on the bar when I went to the bathroom. When I came back some guy and his girlfriend had sat down at our spot and the girl was super impressed with her b.f. cuz he had gotten her flowers. Except he hadn't...they were MINE!!! The people we were with had sold my flowers to the guy so he would look good. LOL!!! I think I got the short end of that stick...

What a weekend!! On Friday night, Jason and I spontaneously decided to go to Philladelphia for the night. We got there at about 10 and walked around for a while. It was crazy to think that just hours before we had no idea we were even going. Then yesterday morn we got up and took in some more toursity stuff. Got to see the Liberty Bell, Independence Square, and then took a horse-drawn carriage around to see more of the sites. It was the perfect getaway. On the way home last night we decided to meet up with all of our friends in the city (manhattan) for a while. It was like we had been warped. Being in two incredible cities in a 12 hour span. Sweetness. Anyway...today is nappy day.:-)

Hmmm...where to start?? Well, I had an EXCELLENT weekend. Best date ever and made lost of extra cash with babysitting. Eat sushi, live well.

I've also made a pretty big decision today which is great and scary and bad all at the same time. I have been propositioned by a couple of the moms in the Maplewood area and have decided to stay in Jersey through the summer. I'll be working for 3 different families which should give me some great flexibility and keep my interest at all times.
However, I will still be going to Minnesota to visit and having the roadtrip with Jackie at the end of May. I'll be there for about 2 weeks and then come back here to start my new schedule. Carolyne has offered for me to live there...which will be awesome.

It's a pretty funny twist in everything but I'm really excited that I don't have to say goodbye forever...yet. I love it here too much. And hopefully Jackie and Kari will still be my friends after this is all over and done with!? Thanks, girls, for understanding. I love you.

I once knew this guy, Shane, in college and we hung out a lot and had tons of fun. We phased out cuz of conflicting schedules and he didn't live in St. Cloud. Oh, and he was NUTS!;-) Anyway, about two weeks ago I was thinking about him for some reason and happened to "google him" and came up with nuthin. This morning I got an email from him!!!! He's in the military and is sittin on some beach somewhere...and he decided to email me. Strangest coincidence ever!

This weekend has officially been pinned, "Pay Off Credit Card Weekend". I have 3 babysitting jobs that take up the whole thing, but I can't wait till Monday to make that huge deposit and then go online and laugh away my debt. WEEEEEEE.
Oh, but sushi and line dancing are still on for tonite! I'm STOKED...
