I got to see my baby Jacob today! It's funny how you don't realize how much you've missed someone until you see them. I didn't want to ever set him back down. I MUST make a point to visit more while I can. Dumb.

Now that the stars in my life have begun (began??) to reallign themselves, I have time to think. I'm all of sudden horribly homesick. I just want to go to MN for an hour, see all my friends and fam, and then come back. That's all I want. For now. Yes. Maybe.

Things are getting back on track. School is still going wonderfully and I have the sweetest kids known to man. My car is in the shop and I'm getting to drive around this cute little Suzuki SUV. My team teacher, Kristen's, boyfriend is having his CD release party on Friday so we're going to party it up.

But just as things are getting better, Hurricane Isabel is going to come to crush us all to death. Durrrr. Such is the life of a Jersey Girl.;-)

I made it through my first whole week! I couldn't be happier with my job. I'm sooo thankful. This weekend is veg out time.

On a yucky note, the interns are all leaving the course starting this weekend. The end of yet another era. Hehe. Good luck boys and we'll miss you...

Last night Jason, Doston, and I went to the Dave Matthews concert. It was awesome! To top it off, they had 30 oz. guitar shaped glasses that held daquiris!! I was in heaven! Today my boyfriend is gaining sainthood by helping me move this washer/dryer set that I was given and in helping my friend, Joey, move into the city. His reward is that he "gets" to watch the Packers/Vikings game at 1. Could mean war if the Vikes don't win;-)

This week has been the best and worst week of my life...all at the same time. I'm financially, emotionally, and physically drained. However, I LOVVVE my job. The kids are sweet, mild, and my team teachers are incredible. We get along very well and everything seems to be going smoothly so far.

On the other hand, I have been going in circles all week trying to get my phisical done, my NJ drivers license, financing for my car, fingerprints (for school records), looking for a new place to live, and trying to keep friends, family and boyfriend all still liking me. It's not working too well. I do love having to think though. It's a change from nannying...a BIG one.

Therefore, just as an FYI and pre-apology, if you don't hear from me in the next few weeks PLEASE don't take it personally. I don't even have time to pee. Wait...never mind. I do.
