This was the third Friday in a row that we haven't had school. LOVE! Today was recover from night out day, along with assembly and not-getting-out-of-pajamas-till-4 day. Best ever. I assembled the Gazelle, a file cabinet, and a media cabinet. Roar. Now, manicures for all.

So, I guess one of my many excuses for not posting in 2 wks would have to be related to the last post. Painting. There's been so much of this going on that if I never ever again saw another paintbrush and roller it would be fine...
We also had the apt cleaned, the carpets cleaned, and have managed to move in most of Jason's stuff from his other place. After a huge purchase at Ikea and Linens 'n Things, we're almost there!
At the end of the month, my friend, Nell, is coming to visit and then my bro, Matt, is soon thereafter. My goal is to have everything under control by then. This goal will be reached much more quickly if I don't have any more shopping sprees like I had today. Ooopy. I had the day off and it cost me lots of cash. What am I gonna do this summer? Sheesh.

Let the games begin! Jason left for New Hampshire for a conference and the girls and I are now trying to get the new apartment painted and cleaned before he gets back. It's like a lame episode of While You Were Out. I love painting. We'll see how much I love it on Thursday when he gets back. Come over if you'd like to help;-)
