We need for everyone to pray very hard for Anneliese Haas, our flower girl! She has had a pretty severe case of pneumonia and there's a great possibility that she won't be able to come for the wedding. We are soooo sad for her and Carolyne and Rob, as well as ourselves. Let's pretend that when she goes to the doctor this week she'll get an amazing bill of health!
On a lighter note, we're leaving for Minnesota in 2 days! When we went to get our luggage out of storage it was flooded and rotten smelling, so we had to go get all new stuff. But it's pretty and burgundy!:-)
Also, I picked up my dress yesterday morning! I can't even believe I'll be wearing it in 6 days!

Whoa! We're out of the teens! It's 12 days from today! Picking up my dress on Saturday...headed to Minnesota on one week from tomorrow! Yippee!

My dear Maid of Honor, Jackie, is the sweetest, most loving teacher and friend...until football season. She sent this in an email to me. (They are, however, good tips for those of you attending!)
Packer Wedding Tips:
1. Livestock is usually a poor choice for a wedding gift.
2. Its is not okay for the groom to bring a date to a wedding.
3. When dancing, never remove undergarments, no matter how hot it is.
4. A bridal veil made of window screen is not only cost effective butalso a proven fly deterrent.
5. For the groom, at least rent a tux. A leisure suit with a cummerbundand a clean bowling shirt can create a natty appearance. Thoughuncomfortable, say yes to socks and shoes for this special occasion.
