Wow! A lot has happened in a month and not one entry from me. Sorry!
I guess a list is required...

  • I got a new job! My contract with Target is up at the end of April so I decided to move on and do something a little different. Sooo..as of April 9th, I will be working at Medtronic as a Project Coordinator. I'm very excited for the change!

  • Maya is going through a growth spurt and is doing so many fun things! She has a whole new vocabulary of sign language words ("please", "thank you", "drink", & "more" are the faves). Just when we think she can't get any cuter...she does :-)
  • On Monday Maya starts with a new daycare! We are very excited about this new "Lisa"! She's got the kind of energy and passion for kids we hadn't come across yet. Yayyy!

  • Jason and I are going to be putting in an offer today on a new home! We've been looking for some time (casually) and the original plan was (or still may be) to do something this summer, but this listing came up and we really feel we need to act on it. If we actually get it I'll post the details ;-) Don't wanna jinx anything...but please pray that it all works out! Kind of frightening purchase.

  • As of today, Jason is 1/2 way through his first semester of grad school! GOOOO J!!

  • Today, Saturday, March 29, marks the 5 year anniversary of the first time I met Jason! Aww, shucks. A lot has happened since that fateful day! LOL! I love you, hun!

Ok, I think you're all caught up on the Grode household eventage of March. As if you cared that much, right!? Have a great weekend!

As some of you may know, my parents have decided to turn my grandparents' family farm into a hunting preserve and start inviting people out for weekend hunts. We are all so excited about this new business venture...and in the meantime I have been elected to do the website for it. I was absolutely petrified at first but I am having lots of fun with it now. If you have time, I'd love to get your feedback! The name is Tailfeather Hills Preserve & Retreat, LLC.
Check it out! :-)
